Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

If I've defaulted on a credit card (Discover) & I am now receiving a request for my bank account information, does that mean they can attach my bank account?

Did they get a judgment? If not tell them to jump in the lake.

If it is a Court Order, you should consult with an attorney.
