My daughter had her wisdiom teeth pulleg. we were referred to anouther dentist.we went in for the frist visit they said we needed 20 persent down and our insurance would cover the rest.we paid the 20 per cent and was told our insurance would not cover it? after the work was done, out of network.we tried to work out a deal with them but they said no way? if they would have told us right away it was not covered we would have gone where it was covered.now

its in a lawyers hand and they added 400.00 on top of the already 1400.00 can I win if I take them to small claims court? I feel as if I was cheated in the begining?

YOu had the work done, and you are responsible for it if ins fails to cover it.
