Disabling software for Clients who don't pay

I have a client that I setup some buisness critical applications for, Email servers, file servers. Their bill is more than 120 days overdue. Can I disable these services (Stopping their ability to do business) in order to force payment?

WIthout an agreement to that effect, if you do, you will be committing a crime.
