Falsely accussed
A lawyer accussed me of hiring him in a divorce and not paying him. I never was married, nor did I contact him. I contacted him, told him where the real person was and he ignored me. The other person has the same first and last name as I and middle int is the same. I googled this guy and found him. I had NEVER received anything from him, untill I got the go to court paper

You may have a case against the lawyer, based on his actions. Has any lawsuit been filed on his claim?

Just to add to the previous answer, If you've been served a summons to appear for court for this, make sure to go to court and contest it.

Sounds like a case of mistaken identity. I would recommend that you hire your own lawyer to straighten this matter out. If the lawyer refuses to exonerate you, you may need to file an ethic's complaint with the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board. Let me know if you need help.
