Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota
I was being garnished and now I received a letter that says to my employer we request that you cease any further withholding pursuant to this garnishment and that you release any and all funds being held to the judgement debtor. I know I am the debtor but they have collected all that they said I owed and I don't understand what this letter means it looks like They are sending me the money back but that makes no sense to me.

It appears that your judgment has been satisfied and they discontinuing the garnishment. I assume "any and all funds" means anything that was collected above the amount of the judgment. It is probably going to be fairly minimal if anything at all.
