Is it illegal for someone to pull unauthorized money from your bank account.
I refinanced my house through a different morgate company. They told me to call my morgage company to verify that they won't pull any more money out. So i did that, well today i got my bank statement and they went and pulled the money out anyway. I called them so that I could get reimbursed today. They can't until the 14th, and I need the money in there today, because thanks to them, i have 5 checks that have bounced. Are they liable to put the money back in there today as i requested and are they liable to pay all overdraft fees. After I verified with them that they wouldn't pull the money out since the old morgatge was paid in full.

Sounds like you need an attorney. They would be liable for damages if they were unauthorized. Call or email for help.

If the mortgage was in fact paid in full before the old mortgage company withdrew the money, I would argue that the withdrawal was unauthorized and that they owe you for the bounced check fees. You should contact them in writing immediately.
