Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

judgment

I just received notice today that a judgment has been entered against me by a Financial institution Can they attach my checking account for the money? And 2nd, I have a joint checking account whose tax refund will be automatically deposited in our account under his name Can they take his money for my debt?

Is checking acct.w/same bank that has judgment?
