Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

lease agreement

We signed a lease agreement for a copy machine for our office. In the area of ''agreed & accepted'' we signed but have never gotten a copy signed by the company (there are 5 lines on their side to fill in). I asked our rep to e-mail me a copy (to see if it was ever signed by them) and it is not signed. I feel we don't have a binding contract. Or, do we?

Did you take delivery? Are you using it? Are you paying per contract?

If yes, you most definitely have a contract.
