Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Limition

I had a truck I gave back to the loan compary back in 1993. In 1994, it waswritten off and I had to pay the differece. I never did. In 2003 a lawyer is asking for the money. I told them its been to long ago the stature of limition is up. I would hear for this lawyer now and then. Now he wants all my infromation and its court ordered. What can I do? He will not stop. Do I have any rights. Thanks

Did they get a JUDGMENT? If so you need to negotiate or file BKY.
