Minnesota Revenue Recapture

I just received a Notice of Revenue Recapture involving medical transportation. I intend to pay this bill, and don't want to dispute the charges. As you might suspect, other medical debt was incurred as a result of this transportation. I cannot contact the agency to speak to them, after trying for two days and leaving messages. What can I do? Can I send the payment to them? Will they withdraw their collection efforts?

Do they have a judgment?

Is there a contract involved?What is amt. Of debt?
