I have overdue invoices for material and service work

at a convenience store. what can I do to collect.

Can I put on a mechanics lien? If so how do you do that. Thanks LB

Yes you can lien the property, but be careful since the window/deadline for doing so is very short.

Have you sent a Demand Letter?

Does your contract provide for attorneys fees?
