Repayment of unsecure loan.

Does a person who made a unsecured loan have any recourse if he's not being paid back as promised? What about liens or judgements in this matter?

Yes the recourse is to 1) Make Demand

2) Bring litigation 3)Obtain judgment 4) Execute that judgement against accounts and assets.
