Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Selling Something

I have a travel trailer that is for sale. A woman wants to purchase it on a contract for deed. What would happen if she would stop paying me? Would it be a large legal issue to get the money from her? What can I do to protect myself? example: something in writing or a certain amt down or ? I need any kind of advise you may have on this issue. thanks

Re: Selling Something

To protect yourself you need a Security Agreement and a Contract for Purchase.

I can help with that if you like.
