how to stop a wage garnishment when I can't afford to live with this garnishment taken from my payroll it leaves me in a real hardship?

David Anderson is correct. I will elaborate though. You might need a chapter 13 bankruptcy - a payment plan over time. Your attorneys fees can be paid out of these payments. This might be a good option for you. Or, borrow money from a friend or relative and file a Chapter 7 if you qualify. The money that has been taken from you in the past 90 days can probably be retrieved for you in a Chapter 7.
