Sued if on social security
Can a person who is on social security and a pension be sued by crediters?

Can they be sued? Sure.
If the question is: "Will it do any good for the creditor to sue them?" that is a whole different question and would take some review of the person's financial situation (assets, liabilities, etc.) to be able to answer.
