have been served a summons on a credit card we have disabilty and pension for income told the company we have medical that takes alot of our income this credit card company has a judgement against us already what do we do

Depending on the amount of the debt and your assets, it may be impossible for the creditor to collect the debt. Nonetheless, you may wish to consult with a bankruptcy attorney.
