i have a customer that ordered some products from me over the phone, there is no written signed contract, it has a verbal recorded agreement ,the customer is now delinquent. do i have any legal rights in collection.

Did you deliver products? WHat was total price.

COntract may be covered by Uniform Commercial Code.
