When filing out a job application is this considered a criminal offense that has to be disclosed

In Minnesota, the crime of DWI 4th degree is a criminal offense, if convicted. Whether a person must disclose it would be a question for an employment law attorney. I am a criminal lawyer. I would suggest either tell the truth, or don't answer.

A fourth degree DWI is a criminal offense. It is a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine.
