A Petition must be filed for an expungement and a filing fee paid. the Petition must be served on all interested law enforcement bodies which means any state or local law enforcement authority within the jurisdiction.
Ultimately, if your case did not result in a determination in your favor (a dismissal), you would not qualify for a statutory expungement. However, you may seek a judicial expungement.
We can assist you with your petition.
