Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I am 19 years old and I was pulled over recently and was given a citation (169a.33.2 not-a-drop) in Scott county. The officer didnt show me what i blew, but he let me drive home. I had consumed a couple beers four hours prior with some friends. What should I expect in court? What kind of criminal penalties should I expect?

It varies from case to case depending upon the defendant's record and the circumstances. This offense will mostly likely have criminal and administrative penalties. You should be able to avoid jail time, but will probably be looking at a fine, fees, probation and various alcohol related consequences. Feel free to give me a call if you wish to insure the best available outcome. My fee in this matter would be reasonable and fairly minimal.
