Alcohol sale to a minor
if you are caught and plead guilty to minor consumption, and there is a 21 year old present when you are caught and that person bought the alcohol, are you required to give them up to the police?

No, you have the right to remain silent. Note the difference between "remaining silent" and saying a lie. Lying is a mistake and can be illegal under some circumstances.
