I took alfred plea and received a stay of adjudication for violation of ofp. Will I need to get this expunged?

If you complete the probationary period without incident, the case will be dismissed against you. No need to expunge.

I respectfully disagree with Mr. Brandborg.
A Stay of Adjudication means that the plea is withheld and, if you complete the probationary period without incident, the charge is dismissed. However, the case and the charge will still appear on your record and, as a result, will also show up on a background check. You may follow the dismissal with aan expungement to seal judicial and adminsitrative records related to the charge.
