car vandilized
my car got vandelized at school by a
fellow student swear words were
written all over it was scratched and a
dent was put in it what can i get if i
press charges i dont know the exact
area of law

If you report it as a crime to police, it would be charged as criminal damage to property. The person would face fines and potential jail and would likely be required to pay restitution, your deductible.
However, if you do not report it right away, it ins much less likely that charges will be filed by a prosecutor.
You could also always sue civilly for the damage to the vehicle.
