Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I was at a casino in May and gave underage friends an alcoholic beverage. I was just called today over 6 months later from a police officer saying he reviewed the tape and will be charging me. It was so long ago I barely remember the night, can I be charged?

Yes. You can be charged. You would be wise to make no statement to police and retain a lawyer.

It would be a mistake to talk to police at all. Instead, talk to a criminal lawyer.
