Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I have been Charged with Controlled Substance Crime in the 5th Degree- Sale, and served a week in Jail, and Decided to go with EHM or House arrest. Prior to serving I was Charged with a Drinking charge and a Noice Ordinence with a pending court date. Today a Probation officer came to my door and Searched my Place, they believed I didnt have the Bracelet on and Found a lot of paraphernalia some that was used to smoke Marijuana, I told them I didn't smoke and they gave me a on site UA where I tested Clean. Drug task force is to Talk to me about the paraphernalia. the Paraphernalia was in the trash, and the trash to throw everything away is too far for my EHM. How can I explain this and not get a Probation Violation
