You definitely need a lawyer. I have represented health professionals in such matters before.
Obstructing legal process is a charge that is oftentimes improvidently charged by the cops and prosecutors.

I am sorry to hear of your troubles.
There may be many defenses to the charges you list. Often defenses and strategies do not become apparent until all of the evidence is acquired from the prosecutor including any recorded statements and photographic or video recordings. I have over 24 years of experience in defending such matters. For a FREE consultation call 612-240-8005.
You're doing the right thing by reaching out for help. What you need the most is to have a good lawyer retained to help you. You want to strive to find a way to keep these charges from turning into criminal convictions. I used to prosecute these types of cases. Now I run my own law firm focusing on criminal defense. We've handled many cases in southern Minnesota and in the Rochester area. Feel free to give me a call.
