i am being charger for attempt to swindle for over $5000 theft whats the worst that can happen its in juvenile court happened when i was 16 now im 17

A theft offense by swindle can be very serious. An offense over $1000 is a felony. Even in juvenile court that can lead to an adult criminal record if the prosecuter seeks a Extended Juvenile Jurisdiction. Certainly, juvenile detention is also a significant possibility.
