Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

child molestation

I have a daughter which is 9 she came to me the other night and said my boyfriend of 3 years come into her room and touched her privates and that hed been into the room earlier. I beleive her. This was the first time she said. She had been sleeping and it was maybe 4 or 5 in the morning. He is not what you'd think as a molester I had bkgrd check and nothing. I need some help on the best way to go about help. I am lost and feel so betrayed. You are the first contact I have made to ask for help. I am so unsure what and where to go I need advice. I know I need to get this dealt with.
