Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
my children and i were living in a shelter and was asked to leave by ten the next morning, so when the security guard showed up at my room door he knocked and i told him that i wasn't dressed and he stated that he 'didn't have time to stand outside my door all morning' then used his key and walked in my room while i was only in my under clothes, i brought this issue to the assistant director and i also filed a grievance and no actions were taken at all. can i file charges against the guard?

It is not a criminal issue. In any civil issue, you would have to show damages as part orf yoru lawsuit whcih would seem to be speculative at best.
