Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I got a citation for Altered drivers license and liquor persons under 21-misrepresent age both of which are misdemeanors is there anyway I can get these not on my criminal record?

It's possible. Have a lawyer help you. Your lawyer will figure out if you have any way to beat the charges by raising defenses. At the same time your lawyer will try to negotiate a settlement that would keep this stuff off of your record. Step one is to get that lawyer retained. The to prevent a conviction record is to go to court and fight the charges. You could either win the trial, or negotiate a result that would be a conviction. Help from a good lawyer would be a big help in doing so.
