controlled sub crime 2nd degree/sale
can an agency use my wife as an informant against me?they used her as a c.i and we are legally married?

The "marital privilege" may prevent your wife from testifying against you in most types of non-domestic criminal cases. Whether her use as an informant, for example in an illegal drug case, was lawful may be another question. If you would like to discuss me helping you with the case, give me a call.
