Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
i was convicted of a 3rd degree burglry and recived a stay of imposition. all my rites have been restored. i need to know if i can own or posess a firearme.

If all of your rights have been restored, then yes. However, the right to own and possess a firearm is not restored unless the court specifically and directly informs you that your right to own ansdpossess firearms has been restored. Most people in your situation will have to directly petition the court for restoration of their firearm rights.
