Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
hi, I co-signed my friends apartment over a year ago and since last summer I put her on my cell phone plan to save her money. I don't live at the apartment and really don't talk to her unless it's for payment of her cell phone. I found out yesterday that she is dealing cocaine and pot out of the apartment and I'm pretty sure she's using her cell phone to help with the dealing. Can I get in trouble for this? I don't do drugs and have never been involved with drugs. I'm scared since I'm on the lease with her and she uses her cell phone.

You shouldn't face any criminal trouble. However if she is kicked out of the apartment, the apartment could go after you for rent. Also I would take her off your cell plan.
