Those are serious charges. You should not speak to the police right now and contact an attorney.

First, the charges are extremely serious. The felony llevel offenses can carry with htem a term of imprisonment.
Second, you should make no statements to police. Instead, you hire experiencd criminal defense counsel and begin acquiring evidence for yoru defense including witness statements related to your aliby.
Only after all the evidence is received and reviewed should a Motion challenging the probable cause for the charge be filed seeking a dismissal. There is no guarantee a dismissal will occur and you may have to defend in court against the allegations by presenting your alibi defense.
