Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
"It is also a crime to engage in sexual contact with:
a minor between the ages of 13 and 18 who is a certain number of
years younger than the actor" I was reading through Minnesota laws and i was wondering how many years younger makes it a crime?

Generally speaking the law is that it is a crime if the person is more than 48 months older than the "victim" or in a position of authority over the "victim". However, there are many, many exceptions, exemptions, and caveats. I would suggest discussing any particular case with an attorney that handles sexual crimes.
