An immigratin lawyer will probably tell you that there is small hope, if any, once convicted of one of these "crimes." As a criminal lawyer, I have saved many people from deportation by helping them avoid a conviction or other record the immigration authorities could use. The best chance, though difficult, would be to withdraw the guilty plea or overturn the conviction on appeal.

If you were convicted, there is very little that you can do about the record unless you intend to appeal the conviction.

For immigration purpooses, you may seek a hardship waiver if you qualify. However, you should hire an experienced lawyer.
