Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I discovered during my divorce that my soon to be ex wife took checks totaling 91k from 3rd parties (insurance Co.) and chashed without my endorsement of knowledge of these checks. They were made out to Me and Her not her or me. She also forged my signiture on a check for 21k that also was made out to me and her. Is this a case for prosecution?

You should make a police report about that. Police and prosecutors only randomly care about such crimes though. There is little consistency in Minnesota for this type of situation.

Prosecutors will not prosecute a case if there is an adequate civil remedy. It is an issue that must be addressed in the divorce. You can make a report to opolice, but in 9 out of 10 cases, it will not be prosecuted.
