the dept of public safty is holding a dismissed dwi on me as a 3rd dwi I am now in the prosses of gettig my lic back and the state has counted the droped and dismissed dwi as my 3rd and it is my 2nd and as I called and talked to a person at the dept she said that I should fight it so how do I fight it
