disordely conduct
I got a public urination ticket. Should I go to court and pay the fine. Or try something else?

You could pay the fine, and then put the ticket in the toilet and flush it at your leisure. That's just one other option for you.

I realize that flippant answers are not what you were seeking. As a result, I would suggest that you schedule a court appearance and take the matter to court. Often, if you have a clean record, a prosecutor will agree to a Stay of Prosecution which means if you stay out of similar trouble for a defined period (usually one year), the ticket would be dismissed.
