disorderly conduct in minnesota

I asked a question about my granddaughter and the man at the bus stop grabbing her by the arm and yelling at her, and my disorderly charge. court on 3-17-09.Blue Earth MN.Myquestion is : after this is all over with, and I hopefully am found not guilty, can I sue anyone for the distress i have gone thru with this? This is about all I think about. I even wake up in the night and have panic attacks! Im not a psyco I just need answers.THANX, GRANNY FROM MINN.

I am afraid not. There is a limited immunity for prosecutors and other government officials acting within the scope of their duties. As a result, there is no viable lawsuit.
