is it possible to get out of a disorderly conduct ticket if it goes to trial and the witness does not testify against you?

The answer would depend on what other evidence the prosecution may have to support its case. If the case is entriely dependaent on the testimony of one witness, it is entriely possible that the case could be dismissed prior to trial.
