Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
domestic/assault charge previous felony on probation. Had recent violation with no audio state nor pictures. I am the "victim" bystanders called the cops. I am able to tell the state prosecutor that It didnt happen that way or should I leave it alone please help..Thanks
