Drinking in a bar after hours, what are the legal implication?

It depends who is asking the question. If a patron is drinking at a bar after hours I wouldn't think the police wouldn't do much other than give him a warning and tell him to go home. The same if it were employees. I am not aware of any criminal charges that could be brought, but perhaps another attorney could correct me. The establishment could be subject to sanctions from the city (e.g. lose its license for a period of time, fined). It really depends on the facts.
