Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I was out drinking with my friend and her "friend", and I ended up passing out in the "friends" back seat, and the next thing I know Theres a cop pulling me out, and telling me she claimed I "put her in a headlock" which is just not the case. So i spent thanksgiving and two more days in a drunk tank. For no reason. My friend was even there and she said nothing happened and will testify if need be. I also had bruises all over my body either from that weird girl or the cop, not sure which but I took pictures of them. All in all, I want to know if the system is crooked enough to throw me in jail just because the claiment was a "girl". Also, I would like some justice for being wrongfully accused. What can be done about that? apparently the girl had to be home and got yelled at by her dad, who then called my friends mom and called her obsenities, giving me reason to believe she just DIDNT want to take responsibility to drop me off at my house, so she dumped me on the cops any way she could. Thoughts?

It sounds like she is accusing you of committing assault. Depending on whether the officers and prosecution believe her statements, you may be facing some serious charges. I don't believe they would throw you in jail simply because the claimant was a "girl," but if they found her trustworthy the can and will if they have their way.
You need to gather the information you have about this case and find an attorney that deals with criminal cases. Sit down with them and have them review the case and see what can be done, and what needs to be done. Even if you don't think anyone could believe her, that's not a risk you want to take.
