Drug charge question
If you are caught selling something (intending it to be sold as drugs), such as powdered sugar as coke, can you get a charge?

Yes. You may be charged with a felony under Minnesota Statutes Sec. 152.097 for selling or delivering a simulated controlled substance. It is punishable by up to 3 years in prison.
