drug offence

i have been convicted of 1 4th degree controled substance and was put on probation for 15 years than 3years later i got a charge of 5th degree controled substance and got 5 more years plus 6 mounths in jail and probation violation. know to my question probation did a search at my house one morning and found a spoon and syringe with traces of cocaine in it. i had no idea that the man i was with earlier that morning even used let alone used and left his stuff in my bedroom they took a drug test and there was no cocaine in my system for i have never used needles or cocaine is there any way i can fight this charge of possession in the 5th degree if i cant what kind of time would i be looking at
