Could you be? Yes, if the prosecuting agency in MN chooses to do so, and, is willing to pay for it. This would be unusual in most misdemeanor cases.

If a warrant Is issued in Minnsota for anty offense, you can, and likely will be held in jail in the event you are stopped for any reason in another state. It is up to the individual city or county whether they will seek extradition. They may certainly do so on a gross misdemeanor, but they often decline to do so based on costs.

Regardless, the warrant would likely remain active and you could be picked up repeatedly for the outstanding warrant and held until the municipality in Minnesota makes an extradition decision. Generally, you would be far better off addressing the issue in Minnesota now, than to face extradition.
