Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Early last Tuesday Police were called to my residence for a domestic they also seized some marijuana plants. The man who attacked us was held for probable cause and charged with 3 counts of domestic. In speaking with the detective he said no further charges were being made as of Wednesday evening How do I find out for sure?

There is no way to be sure. If a prosecutor reads the reports and wants to pursue charges, you will be notified by the Court or a warrant will issue for your arrest.
