Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

I got EJJ'd and probation for two years. I have one year left. I got a petty misdemeanor recently and I was wondering if that violates my probation. And would my Probation Officer be notified?

The answer would depend on the terms of your probation. That can differ from case to case. Often, the probation terms are to remain law abiding. If those were the terms, even a petty misdemeanor may be considered a violation.
