Re: expungement - after drug court

If the charge was dismissed after diversion, or a Minn Stat Sec 152.18 stay of adjudication, then you can Petition the court for expungment per Minn Stat Ch 609A. See my web site FFI:

Re: espongement

If your case was dismissed after a diversion program which resulted, ultimately, in the dismissal of all charges, you must file a Petition for Exopungement. It must be served on as many as eight law enforcement agencies. An expungement hearing would be scehduled no less than sixty (60) days after service is made. Each agency may object to that expungement and you must be ready to respond.

We can assist you with that expungement. For a consultation call 612.240.8005.
